2/5/2017 0 Comments The SlumpWell, it's a bad way to start a blog but Hi! I'm in a slump. An absolutely boring, tiring and sad slump because my passion is over! My passion brought trouble and tears but it also brought happiness and hope!! My passion was Panto. We spent four months producing 'Cinderella in Pantoland', had a ridiculous amount of fun whilst doing so and did four performances which sold out on 3/4 of them! It was a success!! But as soon as the curtain closed on the final show, I knew it was goodbye. All the incredible friends I had made and I only have several hours left with them. I had to be brave because admittedly, I'm a crier. We had a fun night, eating pizza and dancing on the stage. I cried most when saying adieu to the Dame as we had grown close over the course of rehearsals. I had to hide my face because the stage makeup had wildly flared up my psoriasis, worse than ever on my forehead, which only contributed to the tears. There were so many factors of emotion to experience. When would I see them again? How long would it feel til I saw them once more? I knew few of the society from school however many were teens and adults from all across the county whom had given me the best time. Anyways, I cried a lot and left. All through school, it's all I think about. I try to catch a glimpse of some younger cast members in my school as I attempt to climb on to what I can of the memories. It's sound silly but it's my slump. I appear to be failing to enjoy anything else because of it but there's always bright things ahead. I hope to continue this blog, no matter who reads it. I promise, it will be better than complaining. On a brighter note, the director of the pantomime has requested me to write a song detailing the antics of this season's show. I might take that up. Well, we'll speak soon hopefully,

PsoHappi is derived from 'Pso'riasis and 'Happi'ness. Psoriasis is an incurable auto-immune disease where skin cells grow more frequently than usual and leave dry, flaky and irritating skin in patches all over your body. In essence, this is my story of living with it (with some other stuff along the way). My blog is subtitled 'The Broken Clock' due to my favourite quote being 'A broken clock is right twice a day'.
